About Enchanted Oaks
At well under one square mile, Enchanted Oaks is one of the smallest towns on the lake. It sits on the east shore just south of Payne Springs, about 7 miles south of Mabank and 20 miles northwest of Athens. Most of the town is in the Eustace school district, and a small part is in the Mabank district. Its shoreline location makes it popular for lake living.
